Rental Policies - What to Expect
At Hitched Event Rentals, we strive to make your event planning as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s a quick overview of our policies to help you get started:
Booking & Reservations
Book Early: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired items.
Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental items.
Payments
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Payment Options: We accept cash, check, or Venmo
Delivery & Pickup
Convenient Delivery: We’ll deliver and set up your rentals at the event location for a fee based on distance and venue specifics.
Pickup Options: You can also choose to pick up and return items yourself. (Dance floor excluded.)
Cancellations
Flexible Refunds: If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, we’ll refund payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Care for Rentals
Damage Waiver: A small fee covers routine cleaning. However, damages or losses beyond normal wear and tear will incur replacement charges.
Returns: Rentals must be returned clean and in good condition to avoid extra fees.
Customer Responsibility
Protect Rentals: You’re responsible for securing items from weather or theft during the rental period.
